The Shopware Academy Pass offers more than just a single certification; it provides access to all certifications and exclusive learning materials. Each user is entitled to one attempt per certification annually.

We highly recommend utilizing our learning paths available on the Shopware Community Hub to effectively prepare for the exams. By thoroughly engaging with the material, you'll be well-equipped to tackle the questions. Should any uncertainties remain, feel free to use the comment feature to engage with fellow learners or the Academy team.

Registering for the certification is straightforward: Simply click on “Book certification” in the certification overview or book directly through the Shopware Account. Click on "More information" to add it to your shopping cart. You can select all users with a Shopware User Account. All registered participants will receive a link to the exam along with login details (username and password). These login details remain valid until the exam is started. Note that the exam does not begin upon opening the link; it starts only when the participant clicks the start button on the linked page.

Prior to commencing the exam, you may switch the participant or transfer the certification to another of equivalent value. To do so, please submit a change request to academy@shopware.com.

Once registered, you'll receive an email containing the exam link and login credentials. Upon commencing the exam, you will have between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the certification, to complete it. Your remaining time is displayed in a bar at the upper right corner, with precise minutes and seconds visible when hovered over. If you close your browser, you can reopen the exam link and resume from where you left off, although the timer will continue running. You can freely change answers and navigate between questions. Confirm your submission at the end, and your exam will be evaluated. Results are emailed immediately, and if successful, you can download your certificate from your Shopware account.

The link remains valid until you begin the exam. The exam does not start when you click the link; it starts when you click the button on the exam's start page. Once the exam has commenced, the timer is activated. You may close your browser during the exam, but the timer will continue to run.

Please note: If you change the exam or the participant, the old link can still be accessed, but you will not receive a result or certification for it.

If you don't pass the exam, we suggest taking a closer look at the relevant learning paths to address any knowledge gaps. You can re-register at any time to make another attempt, but please note that the registration fee is required for each registration.

Every certificate is valid for 12 months after passing it in alignment with the content updates and the release cycle of Shopware.
